At the moment, we do not accept Medicare and Medicaid. We are working with these government agencies to get credentialed to begin accepting these insurances.
The cost varies based on your insurance and finances. We recommend 30 days of treatment and then stepping down to another level of care to complete your program. Contact our admissions team for more information.

The Wave of Columbia offers a peaceful and comfortable environment designed to foster healing. Our amenities include:

- Weekly outings to local attractions, grocery stores, and other shops
- Medical and Medication Management
Each week, there are supervised outings to nearby parks, beaches, and other local attractions. We also have weekend spa services in-house and weekly grocery delivery.
Service animals with the proper paperwork are permitted.
Breakfast is an array of continental choices. You are able to select your lunch and dinner from options provided by our in-house chefs.
We recommend you pack a week’s worth of casual attire for your stay. Laundry facilities are available at the residence. Each woman is provided with basic toiletries as well. An example of needed garments would be pants or shorts, shirts, and underwear for seven days, nightwear, workout wear, one bathing suit, comfortable walking shoes and shoes to wear on the beach. We also recommend a light sweater in case of cooler weather.
There are specific visiting hours for The Wave of Clearwater. If your therapist recommends, you can participate in family therapy sessions while you are in treatment.
All rooms at The Wave of Columbia are private.
Please bring ALL medications you are currently taking – in the original bottles. These will be reviewed and approved by our Director of Nursing. Additionally, our doctors may prescribe medication during your stay, which will be obtained for you from a local pharmacy. Please note: We do not administer medications.
